Our goal is to provide top quality tires that are cost efficient. If you are unsatisfied with a tire we have shipped to you, return the tire for full refund or replacement. Please be aware, a 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned tires. Before returning your tire(s), make certain you have met the following criteria:
- Either e-mail email@example.com or call (760) 305-7250, with the date of your original purchase, the model, brand and tire size. Also, tell us if you wish to obtain a full refund or purchase a replacement tire.
- Returning the tire to our location is at your expense.
- The tire must not have been used or driven, by you. We reserve the right to reject a returned tire if it has been damaged or if the tread shows additional usage beyond the amount when the tire was shipped.
- Our 90-day return policy does NOT apply and there is no refund or replacement if you contact us more than 90 days after the tire was shipped to you OR if the tire(s) was driven for any length of time by the buyer.
- Every returned tire MUST have the Next Level Tires logo.
